As such, we offer a refund policy that honors your needs and concerns.
If you cancel your tour at least one week before the scheduled tour date,
we will provide a full refund of the tour fee paid.
Otherwise no refund will be provided
The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that your experience with us is
positive and hassle-free.
You can cancel your tour in just two clicks on My Account page. Cancellation is immediate.
When the tour is canceled, the amount you have paid for it will be immediately transferred
to your Easy Tours account balance. You can use this balance to book another tour or
request a refund in a couple of clicks. The refund request processing and approval takes just a couple of seconds.
Please note that the refund process is irreversible,
and it normally takes 5 to 10 working days before the refunded funds are credited to your bank account.
Therefore, if you are not sure about your plans and still considering booking our great tours, you can refund your Easy Tours account balance at a later date. This balance never expires and is immediately available.
